Marlene Hailwax (née Miller) is the founder and principal consultant of MMCP. She is an admitted Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Namibia and holds the following qualifications:

Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance (Jhb) (Cum Laude)

B.Comm. LLB (Stellenbosch University)

Marlene is an accredited Compliance Practitioner with the Compliance Institute of Southern Africa (CISA) and an International Certified Compliance Professional recognized by the International Federation of Compliance Associations (IFCA). Her professional designations include:

AMLC Prac (SA)

With more than 18 years of experience in banking compliance, Marlene established MMCP in 2016 to provide independent compliance consultancy services.
